Disaster risks do not exist in vacuum. They are a result of the inter play between natural hazards and human activities. Only collaborative efforts can address these risks strengthen resilience and help us move towards a better and safer society as well as world. The Vidyalaya has its commitment to this celebration by installing different types of disaster management equipments around and inside the Vidyalaya. Vidyalaya is committed for safety and security of the student, faculties, the building of the Vidyalaya and all about its surrounding associated with the Vidyalaya. The Vidyalaya has all the facilities like potable water taps on each floor on large scale, fire extinguishers installed at suitable places everywhere in the Vidyalaya , Evacuation system of the Vidyalaya is quite appreciable and in any such untoward incident all the exits are free to evacuate the building in time. To intimate any such incidents to all the classes in the Vidyalaya a big siren is installed to mark the accident in case of any such situation takes place. Since the setup of the Vidyalaya it has never experienced any disaster. Still time to time rehearsal and practice are made at Vidyalaya Level to make the student aware about such accidents if arises. Students are very much vigilant with the coordination and cooperation of faculties and the school management as well.
